What is a reservation?

It holds your place for a design, line, garment and size from Drop 001. It is free and takes no payment. Reservations are served in order: when your piece is ready we write to you, and only then do you decide whether to buy it.

When will I pay?

Not before your piece is ready. We email you first; you pay only if you confirm. Nothing is charged without that step.

How many pieces are there?

Drop 001 is 250 pieces per garment and line, in three runs: 50, then 100, then 100. The first run goes to the first reservations.

Which size should I choose?

See the size guide in the Explore menu. If you are between sizes, choose the larger one for a relaxed fit. You can change the size of a reservation by email while stock lasts.

Are the motifs embroidered or printed?

Embroidered. Each design is an original motif stitched on the chest: about 30 mm on polos, 50 mm on T-shirts and up to 100 mm on sweatshirts (50 mm on the women's SHIN and RAGÚ sweatshirts, which add embroidery on the sleeves).

What is the NFC card?

Every piece carries an NFC chip inside its sleeve label and comes with a matching collector card in its box. Tapping either one with a phone opens the piece's story, edition and number. The number lives in the digital card, not on the label.

Where do you ship, and how much does it cost?

Worldwide. Peninsula €4.90 (free from €60), Balearic Islands €7.90 (free from €90), Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla €14.90, EU €9.90 (free from €120), rest of the world €19.90 (duties and local taxes not included). Details in the Shipping policy.

Can I return a garment?

Yes: 14 days from delivery, unworn and with its labels. You pay the return shipping unless the garment is defective. Details in the Returns policy.
