Shipping policy
All prices include VAT. Orders are prepared in Gijón (Asturias, Spain) and handed to the carrier within 1–2 working days. Delivery times below are counted from that hand-over.

Rest of the world
Outside the European Union, prices at checkout are shown without VAT. Import duties, local taxes and customs handling are charged by the carrier on delivery and are not included in our prices; they depend on the destination country. Delivery times can be longer when a parcel is held at customs.
Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla
These territories are outside the EU VAT area. Prices at checkout are shown without Spanish VAT; the carrier may charge local import taxes (IGIC/IPSI) and customs handling on delivery. Those charges are set by the destination authorities and are not included in our prices.
Tracking
You receive a tracking link by email as soon as the parcel leaves. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incomplete or nobody could receive it after the carrier's attempts, we contact you to send it again; the second delivery is charged at the rate above.
Reservations (Drop 001)
Pieces reserved during Drop 001 are not shipped until they are ready. We contact you by email before charging or sending anything, and you can decline at that point without cost.
