Refund policy

Right of withdrawal (14 days)

As a consumer in the European Union you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days from the day you receive the garment, without giving a reason. Write to info@kai-07.com with your order number and we send you the return instructions and address.

Condition of the garment

Garments must come back unworn, unwashed, with their labels and in their original box. We can reduce the refund if a garment shows use beyond what is needed to check its size and fit.

Return costs

You pay the cost of sending the garment back, unless the garment is defective or we sent the wrong piece, in which case we cover the return and send a replacement or a full refund, as you prefer. Import taxes or customs charges paid on deliveries outside the EU VAT area (including the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla) are collected by the local authorities and cannot be refunded by us.

Refund

We refund the price of the garment and the original standard delivery cost to the payment method you used, within 14 days of receiving the return (or of your proof of having sent it, whichever comes first).

Exchanges

To change size, return the garment as above and place a new order, or write to us: while Drop 001 stock lasts we reserve the new size for you.

Legal warranty

All garments carry the legal conformity warranty of 3 years under Spanish consumer law. If a defect appears, write to us with photographs and we repair, replace or refund the garment.
